pesach, hagadah, drum circle

Pesach is around the corner and we are busier than ever learning about the Seder and preparing our  hagados!

Counting and adding stones to our Seder plate

Gluing jewels to our afikomen bag.  We learned that we eat the afikomen for dessert after the meal.

After Morah Sara Baila's wedding, we decided to create our own wedding!  We turned the table into a chupah and started singing and dancing!

Gluing popsicle sticks together to be our Trivet ( hot plate) during the Seder meal

Morning Centers

Designing clothes for our dolls

building letters out of cubes

Play dough matzah!

We discussed all the items on the Seder plate.  We spoke about the meaning of the z'roa, karpas, beitza, Charoset, chazeret and the maror.  The children loved learning about each item and asked many questions.
